Sarah is a totally blind trans woman who blends her rich personal and professional experience of navigating the intersecting worlds of disability and LGBT+ equality with honesty and humour. She is the founding co-director of Simply Equality Ltd, a social enterprise that seeks to break down barriers for disabled and LGBT+ people.

Sarah is in high demand as a public speaker, trainer and consultant. She is the former interim head of EDI at the University of Oxford and has been featured in a variety of national print and media outlets including the BBC, Metro and is a regular podcast guest. She has delivered sessions for a range of private, public and third-sector clients, including Stephenson-Harwood, Kennedy’s, Brit Insurance, the CII, Breast Cancer Now, Guide Dogs and MIND, to name but a few.
