The prestigious UnderOne global diversity and inclusion awards exist to showcase and celebrate champions of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). These valiant torchbearers stand fearlessly on the frontline, defending the core values of diversity and inclusion and integrating these into the fabric of their organisation’s DNA.
As a key player under the UnderOne Festival umbrella, this prominent black-tie event brings the world’s most inspiring DEI advocates under one inclusive roof – people and organisations who are devoted to fostering real, positive change.
We are a global collective of forward-thinkers, innovators, and architects of inclusivity, working in solidarity to leave the world better than we found it.
