With over 20 years of experience, Nina’s career has focused on People & Culture, addressing inclusion and social purpose. As Founder and Director of OAHA, her work spans strategic DEI advice, creation of social sustainability strategies, and action to address inequalities, all aimed at driving transformative change, fostering inclusive cultures, and achieving lasting social impact.

Noteworthy achievements include creating a venture capitalist toolkit to enhance diversity and inclusion, leading a national program with the Social Mobility Commission that reached over 1,000 individuals and 300 organisations, and significantly improving Accenture’s social mobility index from 35 to 5. At Accenture, Nina coached senior leaders, delivered global learning programs, and led ESG initiatives, promoting responsible business practices. Her innovative approach and strategic guidance have empowered teams, optimised operations, and challenged the status quo, earning her a Company & People Award for her leadership in social mobility.

Nina is dedicated to creating equitable opportunities and driving meaningful societal change.
