Throughout her career, Aduke has led significant national, regional, and global leadership, diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with various organisations to develop comprehensive strategies, conduct targeted training, and perform groundbreaking research. Her work spans multiple sectors, including health, public services, and financial services, where she has crafted anti-racism frameworks for prominent health organisations such as NHSBT and the NHS Confederation and developed EDI strategies for the National Lottery Community Fund.
