Ian C. Tomlin is the Chairman of The UWI, dedicated to improving work and future job prospects. As CEO of Newton Day, he leads a neurodivergent team of marketers and technologists to foster positive work cultures and habits for better results. Ian is a devoted husband and father, with his younger child diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome.
He has spearheaded numerous research projects on workforce strategies and played a key role in the Microsoft-sponsored Neurodiversity Career Connector project. A renowned speaker on business strategy, leadership, digital transformation, and workforce evolution, Ian has authored six books and over twenty guides and white papers. With over 20 years of experience as a senior officer and innovator in the enterprise workforce industry, Ian frequently speaks about the modern workforce.
