Terms and Conditions
Administration Fee:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to charge a 30% administration fee for any tickets/tables reserved on behalf of a shortlisted nominee, which is then cancelled more than 7 days later.
Behavioural Standards:
Any individual behaving detrimental to other guests at the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony will be immediately escorted off-site, have their nomination withdrawn, and face disqualification from future awards.
Code of Conduct:
Nominees, entrants, and attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Any violation may lead to disqualification or ejection from the event.
Collaboration with Sponsors:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards may collaborate with sponsors and partners to enhance the awards experience. Nominees and entrants acknowledge and accept potential collaboration opportunities.
Communication Channels:
All official communication regarding nominations, awards, and related matters will be conducted through the channels specified by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards. Nominees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of the contact information they provide.
Confidentiality:
Details enclosed within individual nominations can be viewed by the Nominee, the UnderOne Diversity Team, and the Judging Panel only.
Contact Information Updates:
Nominees and entrants are responsible for promptly notifying UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards of any changes to their contact information to ensure effective communication throughout the awards process.
Disqualification Criteria:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards may disqualify nominations or revoke awards if it is discovered that any information provided is false, misleading, or if the nominee engages in conduct deemed contrary to the values and objectives of the awards.
Eligibility Confirmation:
By accepting the nomination, you confirm your eligibility to attend the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony.
Event Attendance Responsibilities:
Attendees of the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing by the awards organisation.
Force Majeure:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Image Consent:
By accepting the nomination and confirming attendance at the ceremony, you irrevocably consent to the use of your image on any marketing material created by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards.
Inclusion Disclaimer:
While UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards strive for inclusivity, the organisation reserves the right to make final determinations on eligibility and participation to maintain the integrity of the awards process.
Information Sharing:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards will not disclose any information about the nominator to the nominated individual or any other party without obtaining the nominator’s permission. Nomination details will not be shared with any third party, except for award winners’ email addresses, which may be shared with individual category sponsors and/or supporting media.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights related to the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards, including but not limited to logos, names, and content, are owned by the awards organisation. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Judging Process:
The judging process employed by UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards is final and non-negotiable. The decisions of the judging panel are based on their discretion and expertise in evaluating nominations.
Legal Obligations:
Nominees, entrants, and attendees of the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards Ceremony are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any violation may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
Modification or Discontinuation:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Awards or any feature thereof at any time with or without prior notice, due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud.
Nomination Consideration:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to reject nominations from individuals who do not meet the outlined criteria or lack sufficient supporting information for the judges to make an informed decision about their achievements.
Nomination Deadline:
Nominations for UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards close on June 3rd 2024. Any nominations received after this date will not be considered.
Press Participation:
Entrants may be required to participate in press-related activities. While we check with each individual’s willingness to participate, UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards cannot be held accountable for press/journalists seeking nominee details independently.

Public Votes Liability:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards are not liable for public votes submitted for nominees.
Removal of Entries and Shortlisted Nominees:
We reserve the right to remove entries and shortlisted nominees for any reason and without notice. All shortlisted entrants, finalists, and winners will be notified by email.
Terms and Conditions Amendment:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Withdrawal from Nomination:
Nominees can withdraw from the nomination process at any time by providing written notification via email or post.
Entry Refusal:
UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards reserve the right to decline any nomination entry for any reason.
